Robert Lee Essary

To the many friends and ladies that knew B.O.B. there was always a smile to greet them.
From Garfield’s to Stampede or an afternoon at Zapata’s sampling several glasses of Margarita’s Bob was always greeted with Hi, Bob, Pop, or B.O.B. He never let his worries interfere with the people he knew and I can’t remember one word he ever spoke bad about anyone. He probably did, but I never heard him in the years I knew Bob. With friend Rick Brill they ran together searching out new places, bars, and especially new ladies which they enjoyed being around.

Bob enjoyed his last birthday on December 23, 2012 with a party at Garfield’s and had reached the wonderful old age of 83. He passed away on February 11, 2013 at his home in Hensonville Courts.

Born on December 23rd, 1929 and mother was Hazel Cook and father was George Essary.
He is survived by sons Randy, Wes and daughter Pam, along with twin adopted daughters Melissa and Melinda.

Bob will be cremated and service to be held by VFW at Clark Cemetery on February 19th, 2013 at 10:00 am.

Bob was a Navy Veteran and served from March 16, 1949 to February 15, 1953. After living in Angeles City for a number of years, he decided to move back to Missouri but the cold weather and living conditions made him return back to Angeles City to spend his remaining years in a tropical climate around friends.

You will be missed by all those friends, Bob.
